Clean fades and a loyal client list are what this owner-run barbershop in Hamilton is building on. The owner wants an experienced Barber to work beside them and look after a customer base that keeps growing, with room for you to grow as the shop does.
You should be happy running your own chair with little supervision, as part of a team from many backgrounds. Hours are set at 35 to 40 a week. As an accredited employer, the shop can offer visa sponsorship if required for a suitable candidate. If you have been cutting in a busy UK high-street shop, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
- Cut and trim hair well and at a good pace
- Shave and shape beards and moustaches
- Suggest cuts and talk clients through products
- Clean your tools, your chair and the shop between clients, opening and locking up when needed
- Work largely on your own within a mixed team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Barbershop experience of at least 1 year, able to deliver a sharp zero fade and beard trim every single time
- Confident shaving beards with a blade
- Good at styling and setting hair
- Smart, tidy and professional, with good communication
