Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These are the terms on which Red Migration FZC lets you use jobsabroad.uk. They are a binding agreement, but we have tried to keep them readable. A few minutes now could save confusion later.
1. Accepting the terms
By using JobsAbroad UK at all, you accept these terms along with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Cookie Policy, which are part of them. If you do not accept them, please leave the site.
Here, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Red Migration FZC, 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "You" refers to anyone who uses JobsAbroad UK.
2. What the site provides
JobsAbroad UK collects vacancies in Australia and New Zealand whose adverts state that visa sponsorship is available. Alongside them sit visa guides drawn from government publications, articles on working and living overseas, and occasional short videos. We write with people in the UK in mind, though anyone is welcome. Every job has buttons to apply by email, to ask us a question on WhatsApp or to follow our WhatsApp job channel. None of this requires an account.
3. Vacancies on the site
A listing shows the role, requirements, pay and conditions exactly as the employer provided them. The employer may alter or withdraw a vacancy at any point. We remove jobs once the closing date passes, though some are filled earlier. Adverts are checked carefully before publication, yet one may still be incomplete, out of date or already taken. Please confirm anything important before relying on it.
4. Applications
To apply by email, you write and send the message to jobs@jobsabroad.uk from your own email app; the button takes you to our contact page first. Nothing leaves your device unless you send it. For a question before you apply, message us on WhatsApp.
All you send, from your CV and certificates to references and other documents, must be accurate, up to date and yours to share. Forged or altered documents are a serious breach of these terms.
We may pass your application to the employer for the job you picked. No other employer will see it without your agreement. Our Privacy Policy covers how it is handled, and our Disclaimer should be read before you make plans based on a job or a visa.
5. What you may do
You may read, print and share our pages for your own job hunt, or to help friends and family with theirs. You may link to any page. If you are 18 or over, you may apply for any job. Your device, connection and data charges are your own responsibility.
6. What you must not do
- Give false details or apply under someone else's name.
- Scrape the site, copy listings in bulk or harvest them with bots.
- Republish or sell our job listings, or access to them, without written permission from us.
- Attack or probe the site for weaknesses, attempt to get into the admin page or dodge our request limits.
- Upload or distribute malware or other harmful code.
- Pose as Red Migration FZC, an employer or anybody else.
- Use our email address or WhatsApp number for spam, threats or fraud.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Breaches
Where these terms are broken, we may block an IP address, set an application aside or stop responding. Serious matters may be reported to the authorities. If your breach, or false information you supplied, results in a claim or loss against us, you agree to meet our reasonable costs.
8. Intellectual property
Red Migration FZC owns the JobsAbroad UK name, the site's design and our guides and articles, or uses them with permission. An employer may own the text of its job advert, and a video may belong to whoever made it. Please get our written consent before republishing any of it.
9. Services and websites beyond our control
Chats and the job channel run on WhatsApp (Meta), and videos play via YouTube (Google); their terms apply when you use them. The other websites we link to, namely Skills Assessment Australia, Build AI CV, Talent Tabloid and English test practice, have terms of their own too. We cannot be responsible for whether these services or government websites are available, or for their content or conduct.
10. Availability
We try hard to keep JobsAbroad UK accurate and running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Maintenance, outages at our providers, network problems or security work can take it offline. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, or any job, without warning. Job pages go when roles close, so note the title, link and closing date of any job you care about.
11. Liability
So far as the law permits, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on a listing, guide or article, or on anything an employer tells you. Nor do we accept liability for indirect loss, such as lost earnings or missed opportunities, or for the decisions and actions of employers, immigration authorities or services we do not operate. Your statutory rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected.
12. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about them or about JobsAbroad UK, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai deal with such disputes. If you use the site as a consumer, this does not take away any protection the law gives you that cannot be given up by agreement.
13. Miscellaneous
Should a court hold any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is trimmed only as far as necessary and the remainder stands. Any delay by us in enforcing a term does not stop us enforcing it later. These terms, with the policies mentioned above, make up the entire agreement about your use of the site.
14. Revisions
We may amend these terms from time to time and will update the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site afterwards means the amended version applies to you.
15. Contact
Any questions about these terms can be sent to Red Migration FZC: email jobs@jobsabroad.uk, ring or WhatsApp +971 50 283 2394, or write to 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
