Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality haircuts, styling and grooming, from fades and tapers to classic and modern looks
- Trim, shape and tidy beards
- Ask each client about the style and finish they want
- Handle professional barbering tools safely and skilfully, with precision and consistency in every cut
- Welcome clients warmly and keep the service professional
- Keep your chair and station clean and sanitised and look after your tools
- Stay on top of new styles, techniques and what clients are asking for
- Work efficiently in a busy shop alongside the team, following hygiene, safety and professional standards
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional barbering experience
- Strong practical knowledge of barbering and men's grooming, gained in a professional barbering setting you can demonstrate
- Able to offer a wide range of modern and traditional barbering services
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Good communication and client service
- A professional appearance, positive attitude and reliable, responsible approach
- Handles a fast-paced environment well and works independently or in a team
- Available for full-time and part-time work
- Immediate availability is advantageous
