Visa sponsorship
Trade · Invercargill, New Zealand · Full-Time · $32 - $40/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Aluminium boats built for performance come out of this Invercargill workshop, and it needs an experienced Boat Builder to help make them. The work is aluminium MIG welding, marine fabrication and fitting, all from engineering drawings, as part of a production team where precision matters.
You would measure, cut and position material, weld aluminium and other metals, assemble boats and components, and check welds and finishes for accuracy. Saws, shears, benders, cranes and the usual hand and power tools are part of the kit, along with timesheets and job paperwork. Employer-supported sponsorship may be available for candidates who meet the required experience, skills and eligibility criteria.
On your CV, describe the aluminium welding and marine fabrication you have done and the drawings you work from. Show your aluminium boat fabrication work on a CV with Build AI CV before you apply.
