Clients include owners, investors, insurers and occupiers, and the work ranges from technical due diligence and condition surveys to make good (dilapidations) reports and wider advice. You would see large and complex buildings and get continued professional development and mentoring along the way. Visa sponsorship may be considered for outstanding candidates.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Degree in Building Surveying (UK), Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- 3+ years' experience in building consultancy, surveying or property advisory
- Strong skills in inspection, investigation and solving problems
- Able to write reports that are clear, concise and technically robust
- Confident dealing with clients and industry professionals
- MRICS or similar professional accreditation is highly regarded
- Working towards MRICS or similar accreditation is also highly regarded
