Climbing Arborist
Visa sponsorship
Trade · Tauranga, New Zealand · Full-Time · $30 - $40/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Tree work in Tauranga rarely repeats itself with this crew. As a Climbing Arborist you would move between commercial sites, rural blocks and home gardens, handling reductions, technical removals and controlled dismantling, from large commercial projects down to small residential jobs.
You would climb and work at height with professional kit, run and maintain specialist machinery, follow the planned method and site safety rules with the ground team, look for ways to keep existing trees, and turn out for emergency tree work when needed. Employer-supported work visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates, and internationally qualified, experienced arborists are welcome.
Lead your CV with your Arboriculture level and licence classes, then describe the dismantles and rigging setups you have handled. Put your Tauranga tree dismantling experience on a CV with Build AI CV before applying.
