You will prep and cook to a high standard, taking your lead from the senior chefs. It is a busy kitchen where looking after guests properly matters, and you will have the chance to add to budgets and menu development in your own specialism. Expect a rotating rota that includes weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Prep to a high standard, taking the lead from senior chefs

Requirements & Eligibility
- A trade qualification and at least 12 months of relevant experience, or at least 3 years of relevant experience for those who are not trade qualified
- Experience of budgets and menu development within your area of expertise
- Happy to take direction and keep standards high
- Keen on fast-paced hospitality, with a genuine passion for food
- Up for learning, developing and growing professionally
- Good teamwork and communication
- A guest-first mindset and pride in your craft
- Flexible about a rotating rota, weekends and public holidays included
