Early Childhood Teacher

Visa sponsorship

Education · New Plymouth, New Zealand · Full-Time · $27/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Babies thrive on trust, routine and adults who really notice them. An early learning centre in New Plymouth wants a registered Early Childhood Teacher who loves working with infants, to join a team that welcomes fresh ideas and backs your professional growth.

Much of your day would go on care routines that respond to each baby, close bonds with tamariki and whanau, a safe space that invites exploring, and watching closely so your teaching is deliberate. You would also write learning stories and assessments, teach in a way that honours every child's culture and language, and build bicultural practice grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Where candidates need accredited employment and visa sponsorship, they may be considered on the basis of verified skills, registration, experience and suitability.

Lead your CV with your registration and infant experience, then add examples of learning stories and bicultural practice. Build an infant room teacher CV with Build AI CV and keep it focused.
