Hedges trimmed square, beds weeded and plants thriving: that is the standard a Sydney horticulture business sets for the homes and commercial grounds it looks after. It now needs a Garden Maintenance Team Leader to run a small crew and keep those gardens looking their best.
Your days would be spent outdoors doing the work yourself, pruning, planting and caring for plant health, while organising the crew, teaching apprentices and talking to clients. Sponsorship opportunities are available for eligible candidates who meet the required experience and qualification criteria.
For your CV, note the size of the grounds you have maintained, the machinery you can run and any horticulture certificate you hold. Turn your pruning and grounds crew experience into a Build AI CV before you apply.
