Weddings, events, photo shoots and campaigns all come through the door at this Sydney salon, so its new Hairdresser will rarely do the same day twice. Alongside regular clients, you would style for brides and occasions and join creative projects, building your skills as you go.
You would create blow-dries, upstyles, braids and occasion looks to each client's brief, greet people warmly, keep your presentation polished and use professional products and tools properly. Keeping up with trends and working closely with the team so each visit runs smoothly matter too. Sponsorship may be considered for eligible candidates who need it.

Key Responsibilities
- Style hair to a high finish, including blow-dries, upstyles, braids and occasion looks designed around each client's brief
- Prepare clients for weddings, events and professional shoots
- Welcome clients warmly and keep your grooming, finish and manner polished
- Work with colleagues so each client's visit feels coordinated, and help keep the salon team positive
- Join events, campaigns and creative projects
- Keep up with current hair trends and techniques and use professional products and tools correctly
Requirements & Eligibility
- A hairstyling qualification or substantial professional experience
- Proven skill across a range of styling techniques, delivered in a professional salon or similar setting
- Good communication and customer service
- Creative, with a passion for the beauty industry
- Meets deadlines without letting quality slip, with a professional appearance and client focus
- Reliable and hardworking, committed to ongoing learning and professional development
- A team player, keen to join salon, event and creative work
