A boutique Sydney salon is hiring an experienced Hairdresser whose regulars come back because they feel heard and love the result. Technical skill and good judgement in the chair are what the salon values most.
You would consult with each client, recommend cuts, colour and treatments that suit, and deliver reliable results while helping the salon reach its targets. Growing your own client book, recommending the right products, keeping the space welcoming and joining training sessions are all part of the role. Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional experience as a Hairdresser or Stylist
- A relevant hairdressing qualification and/or substantial professional experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of modern hairdressing techniques
- Genuine industry experience that can be verified
- Evidence to support your previous professional experience
- Confident in client consultation and styling
- Strong communication and people skills
- A proven commitment to quality and client satisfaction
- Can work on your own or as part of a team
- Reliable, organised and well presented, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Willing to learn and adapt as industry trends change
