Maintenance Fitter
Visa sponsorship
Trade · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $57/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Factory lines rarely get a day off, and a Perth food and drink manufacturer wants a qualified Maintenance Fitter to keep its machinery turning. The emphasis is on planned work: servicing plant before it lets anyone down, tracing mechanical faults when something does stop, and helping with upgrades that make the whole site more reliable.
Expect conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, motors and pneumatics, a hygiene-conscious food environment and a roster that rotates between day and afternoon shifts. If you have kept a high-volume production site going in the UK, most of this will feel familiar. Sponsorship is available for suitably qualified candidates who meet employer and visa requirements.
On your CV, name the production lines you have looked after, the stubborn breakdowns you have solved and your mechanical trade papers. You can map out a Perth FMCG fitter CV on Build AI CV before you send it.
