Metal Fabricator

Trade · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Structural steel goes up fast on a good site, and this Perth-based construction team wants qualified Metal Fabricators who can keep pace without cutting corners. The work is long-term steel erection and on-site fabrication across Western Australian projects.
You would read drawings and welding symbols, cut, bend and form steel, bolt and weld members into place with the rigging crew and modify existing steelwork, using MMAW, GMAW, FCAW and GTAW as needed. Accurate work, safe habits and teamwork matter here. The visa condition is listed in the final requirement.
Make your welding processes, your post-trade structural experience and your site tickets the first things a reader sees on your CV. Note your structural steel erection and site welding in Build AI CV before you send it.
