Project Manager

Visa sponsorship

Construction · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Technically complex building projects in high-profile facilities are the focus of this senior Project Manager job in Auckland. You would act as the client's lead on construction, renewal, refurbishment and building-services work, balancing technical needs against commercial and operational priorities.

That means setting scope, resources, budgets and programmes, leading contractors and consultants, and keeping cost, time, risk and quality under control, often while the facilities stay open. You would coordinate electrical, mechanical, structural, fire and water-related work, keep projects compliant, report accurately and run several projects at once. Overseas applicants may be considered, with sponsorship available for suitable candidates.

On your CV, name the projects you have led, the contract forms you have managed, including NZS 3910 if you know it, and your tertiary qualification. Prepare a building renewal project manager CV with Build AI CV with a line or two per project.

  • Resolve technical and delivery issues across several concurrent projects and share your knowledge with the team
