The job centres on excellent clinical care for older residents, delivered in a person-centred way, with a real focus on residents living with dementia. You would work as part of the care team across various shifts and days, applying the Aged Care Quality Standards in everyday practice.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applicants are welcome
- An affinity with residents living with dementia, along with experience or a willingness to gain it
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, as a highly motivated team player available for various shifts across various days
