Key Responsibilities
- Run financial control and day-to-day fund operations
- Oversee and review the output of outsourced fund administration, property accounting and tax providers
- Lead financial reporting, including NAV calculations, cashflow forecasts and financing arrangements
- Support the compliance function
- Work with internal finance and compliance colleagues, investment partners where needed, and external Accountants & Auditors
- Keep relationships with Bankers running smoothly
Requirements & Eligibility
- CA/CPA qualified
- Relevant client experience in funds or the property sector, working as a FM or Senior FM
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A strong work ethic
- Able to show initiative and stay proactive and positive in how you approach your work
