Spray Painter

Visa sponsorship

Trade · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

A flawless finish on premium custom joinery and furniture starts long before the spray gun comes out, and a Sydney maker wants a Spray Painter who knows it. Careful sanding and prep, even coats and accurate colour matching are what you will be judged on, job after job.

You would spray polyurethane, stains and clear coats, inspect each piece and touch up anything that falls short, working within an experienced paint team and to production schedules. Skills are tested through a practical trial. Sponsorship is available for the right person. If you have finished bespoke furniture or kitchens in a UK workshop, this one is worth a look.

On your CV, name the coatings and spray systems you use, the furniture and joinery you have finished and any safety training. Write up your joinery finishing work in a Build AI CV before you apply.
