Account Manager and Recruiter
Visa sponsorship
Administration · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Recruitment is not always a desk job. This permanent, full-time Perth role suits someone from recruitment or labour hire who likes being out at client sites as much as on the phone. A busy blue-collar recruitment business needs an Account Manager and Recruiter to look after a group of client accounts.
You would take workforce orders, find and place the right people, build rosters and support workers from their first shift onwards, sorting out problems for clients and staff alike. Candidates who need employer-sponsored visa opportunities may be considered if eligible.
Your CV should show the accounts you have managed, the volumes you have filled and the rostering or workforce software you use. Present your labour hire account management on a Build AI CV and send it in.
