Regional Australia needs nurses, and one of the country's leading private aged care providers is gathering expressions of interest from experienced Registered Nurses. The permanent full-time posts are at its homes in regional New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia, listed under Sydney.
You would give high-quality clinical care that helps residents live with dignity and independence. Shifts follow a flexible 7-day rotating roster, and there is ongoing learning and room to progress in your state or nationally. Sponsorship opportunities are available across regional NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA for applicants who meet the eligibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Nurse residents safely and well, keeping each person at the heart of their care
- Carry out assessments, write care plans and keep the notes in order
- Hand out medicines and keep an eye on how residents are
- Work alongside other health workers, residents and relatives, and coach the carers
- Help the home keep getting better
Requirements & Eligibility
- Holds current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 2 years of RN work; where all of it was gained abroad, it needs to fall within the last 5 years (Australian experience highly regarded)
- Assesses patients well and makes sound clinical calls
- Communicates clearly and pulls together with colleagues
- Puts people at the centre of care and aims high
- Open to living and working outside the cities in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA
- Highly regarded: time in residential aged care
- Highly regarded: familiarity with the Aged Care Quality Standards and having led clinical teams
