Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ward-based clinical pharmacy in a hospital, including medication reviews and reconciliation
- Counsel patients and give medicines information
- Support safe, effective use of medicines
- Work alongside medical, nursing and allied health staff

- Adapt to a wide range of patients and conditions

Requirements & Eligibility
- Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience
- Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to obtain it
- An Australian or New Zealand internship that is done, under way or nearly finished
- Overseas pharmacists with relevant experience are also encouraged
- Strong communication and people skills
- Committed to high-quality patient care
