Human Resources Manager

Visa sponsorship

Administration · Brisbane, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

Keeping an operational workforce of more than 160 people well staffed, engaged and compliant is the core of this Human Resources Manager role in Brisbane. You would lead the main HR functions, working with site teams and senior leaders on everything from recruitment and workforce planning to employee relations and investigations.

Sound judgement matters as much as policy knowledge, and the employer expects HR experience that can be verified. You will keep the business within employment law and awards, refresh policies, report on workforce metrics and help manage injuries and return to work. An HR background in UK construction, engineering or infrastructure lines up well with the sectors listed.

On your CV, show the workforce sizes you have supported, the employee relations and investigation work you have led and the HR systems you know. Profile your operational HR leadership in a Build AI CV and apply.
