Care Partner / Case Manager

Visa sponsorship

Community Services · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $80,000 - $95,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored

If you have been coordinating care packages in the UK and fancy swapping the British winter for Sydney, this one is worth a proper look. A home care provider there supports older Australians in their own homes through the Support at Home programme and is recruiting a Care Partner / Case Manager for its close-knit team.

It is a hands-on, client-facing post. You would lead care coordination, look after individual support plans and organise your own workload, since the team has a flat structure. The aim is that each client gets suitable services just when they need them. Visa sponsorship is also available for the right candidates.

Get your CV in good shape before you apply, highlighting the assessments, care plan reviews and team supervision you have done in UK care settings. Put your care coordinator CV together with Build AI CV.
