Fancy swapping the UK winter for a Sunshine Coast kitchen? A large, modern community club there is looking for casual chefs, and the right person can expect 35-40 hours a week.
Think of a big members' club back home with several bars and a function suite, and you are close. This one combines dining and drinks outlets, an events and function centre and a sports bar. You would support the head chef to keep service efficient, cook to the Food Safety Act and the club's food safety system, and keep the food consistent and of the highest standard in every outlet. Bistro experience is desirable.
The job begins on a casual basis. After an agreeable trial, the employer will consider sponsorship for the right applicant. You will need Australian work rights at the time you apply.

Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of three years' cheffing in a commercial kitchen
- Bistro cooking experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and first-rate people skills
- Honest and trustworthy, with a positive attitude to giving brilliant service
- Happy working as part of a brigade
- Can juggle multiple jobs and keep a cool head under pressure
- Good time management is essential
- Smartly turned out, neat and tidy at all times
- Australian work authorisation is required on the date you apply
