Duty Manager

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Bunbury, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $75,000 - $85,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Fancy swapping the UK winter for a restaurant on the Western Australian coast? A well-known hotel in one of the state's most iconic seaside spots, with Bunbury as the nearest city, is recruiting a Duty Manager to run its busy, high-performing restaurant.

This is very much a working manager's job. You will lead the front-of-house team during service, keep the kitchen and floor in sync, and take ownership of the practical side: stock, ordering, waste, rotas, staff training, cash, payroll and the cost of goods. You will also work closely with the General and Operations Manager to keep the venue on target.

The post is full-time and permanent, and you will need to be available on evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays. Sponsorship is considered for the right candidate.

Make sure your English CV leads with your restaurant management history and lists your RSA and other certificates clearly. You could tidy up your CV with Build AI CV before you send it.
