Much of the work will feel familiar from home, from resus and acute trauma to paeds, mental health and general emergency cases, and you will share it with a close team from several disciplines. Expect an organised induction at the start, continuing professional development and healthy nurse staffing ratios. Shifts follow a rotating rota that includes nights.

Key Responsibilities
- Nurse resus and acute trauma patients
- Look after children, mental health patients and general emergency presentations
- Work as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary emergency team

Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse status backed by current AHPRA registration
- A spell of previous work in an emergency department
- Highly regarded: triage know-how or ED qualifications, a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing for example
- ALS/BLS certification that is in date, or happy to obtain it
- Good clinical judgement and a cool head under pressure, a team-first mindset, and able to work a rotating rota with nights
