The work is clinical and person-centred: assessing residents, writing care plans, wound care, medicines and careful documentation, all within a multidisciplinary team. Senior clinicians mentor nurses, and there is scope to progress.
The role is open to people who are already in Australia with Australian work rights. Employer sponsorship is available for eligible candidates in that position.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake clinical assessments and put together individual care plans
- Administer medicines, carry out wound care and keep clinical documentation up to date
- Monitor residents' health, responding promptly as their care needs change
- Look after residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing, and act as their advocate
- Work as part of multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care and good clinical outcomes
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Appropriate nursing qualifications
- Experience of community aged care in a previous role
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong care planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A current Australian driver's licence
- The right to work in Australia (Australian working rights)
