Now a national community nursing, disability and aged care organisation is recruiting in Melbourne's south-east for Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse / Home Care Employee roles.
You'd be visiting people in their own homes, handling clinical tasks and personal support, keeping digital records and care plans in order, and liaising with relatives and healthcare colleagues. The organisation runs a day-and-night service nationwide, and shifts are casual and flexible. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates, and nurse applicants need AHPRA registration.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical and personal care in clients' homes
- Keep digital documentation and care plans accurate
- Liaise confidently with clients, families and healthcare teams
- Champion safety, dignity and wellbeing at every visit
- Work casual, flexible shifts
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current driver's licence
- A reliable vehicle
- AHPRA registration (nurse roles only)
- Current first aid and CPR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using digital systems for care notes and communication
- Experience in nursing or home care preferred but not essential
