Established aged care organisations in regional South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland are recruiting Registered Nurses through a healthcare recruiter, with full-time and part-time posts on offer and immediate starts in some locations.
These posts are only open to nurses already living in Australia with full working rights. Once you have completed six months in the role, a pathway to visa sponsorship is offered.
The job itself centres on clinical care for residents within a multidisciplinary team. It is aimed at nurses who are keen to settle permanently in a regional community and want room to develop their careers.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse, with AHPRA registration that is up to date
- Full Australian working rights
- Highly regarded: a background in residential aged care
- Newly graduated RNs are considered if they bring AIN experience from residential aged care
- Newly graduated RNs are also considered if they bring overseas RN experience
- Strong clinical skills alongside strong communication skills
- Real enthusiasm for a permanent move to a regional location
- Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
