The restaurant is in a historic laneway and fills one of the city's most significant heritage dining rooms. Alongside the main dining room there is a bar and a private room. The kitchen cooks generous, produce-led food over charcoal, and the service is thoughtful and welcoming rather than formal.
The owners are recruiting people who genuinely care about quality and provenance and about making every guest feel looked after. Sponsorship is available for management positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Help shape the culture, standards and rhythm of a new restaurant as one of its managers
- Lead front of house so the dining room, bar and private room all feel genuinely welcoming
- Uphold quality and provenance in the way the kitchen's food reaches guests
- Apply the same care for quality and provenance to every drink that is served
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hospitality management experience at Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager level
- A deep care for quality, provenance and genuinely welcoming hospitality, and commitment to building and leading a new team
