A national labour hire, technical services and training organisation wants an Account Manager for its fast-moving blue-collar team in Melbourne, supplying staff to transport and logistics, manufacturing, horticulture and similar sectors.
The post is permanent and full time, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, split between the office and client sites. You would keep clients happy, fill large job orders and look after the casual workers placed with them. The role is open to all qualified applicants, including those requiring visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit client sites regularly to stay visible
- Fill large client job orders quickly and well
- Build and manage rosters to suit each client
- Give strong service through proactive client contact and account management, building good relationships with clients and casual staff
- Manage the worker lifecycle from on-boarding to performance management and terminations
- Deal with worker queries about payroll and work health and safety (WHS)
- Help keep the team positive and collaborative, and handle admin that supports day-to-day operations
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience in sales or customer relationship management is highly desirable
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and good time management
- A confident, friendly manner on the phone
- Positive and proactive when solving problems
- Computer literate and skilled in the relevant systems
- Able to thrive in a small, highly efficient team
- A valid driver's licence
- Reliable transport
