Swapping the UK winter for a Melbourne fitting bay? An Australian-owned firm that makes premium canopies, trays and toolboxes for vehicles, plus 4WD accessories, is expanding around the country and is looking for an experienced Auto Accessories Fitter to start straight away on a full-time basis.
The job is fitting the firm's own products to customer vehicles in bays designed for the purpose. A lot of those vehicles are brand new, and they range from the latest standard models to plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles, so tidy, careful workmanship counts. It is aimed at someone already in the automotive aftermarket or the 4WD accessories trade.
Suitable visa holders seeking sponsorship are considered. Applications are open until 30 November 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Take off and refit vehicle parts, then prepare and fit accessories, often on brand new vehicles
- Install trays, drawer modules, windows and keyless entry systems from the firm's own factory
- Build up canopies and trays and fit them alongside other accessories
- Turn out high-quality fitting work
- Keep a close eye on detail and safety on every vehicle
Requirements & Eligibility
- A track record in fitting vehicle accessories and carrying out automotive installations
- Sound knowledge of 4x4 accessories
- Real attention to detail and a commitment to working safely
- A driver's licence and a forklift licence (a forklift licence can be organised for you); auto-electrical or OBD experience is preferred but not essential
