A permanent, full-time Auto Electrician is wanted to find and fix faults on mobile plant and mining equipment, keep servicing programmes running and look after air conditioning units.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults on heavy mobile equipment, including the complex ones
- Carry out preventative maintenance and planned servicing
- Service and repair vehicle air conditioning systems
- Inspect how machines are running and give technical recommendations, using sharp troubleshooting to cut downtime
- Follow Australian workplace safety standards on every maintenance task
- Keep service paperwork and repair records accurate
- Provide dependable, professional field service and help the team improve service quality and efficiency
Requirements & Eligibility
- Qualified Auto Electrician with recognised trade certification
- Practical experience on heavy vehicles, mining equipment or mobile plant
- Strong background in electrical fault finding and diagnostic processes
- Air conditioning system experience is preferred
- Able to read electrical diagrams and technical information
- Current driver's licence, and able to meet required site medical and workplace requirements
- Good English communication skills for workplace safety and reporting
- Able to work independently and contribute well in a team, committed to safe work practices and high-quality workmanship
- Applicants must have verifiable trade experience and employment history
