Night owls who love bread, this one is for you. An established bakery and hospitality business in Melbourne's inner west, with plenty of loyal locals, wants a dependable, experienced Baker to handle its overnight bake alone and fill the shelves with good things by sunrise.
Hours are roughly 10 pm to 5 am (to be agreed, with a little give needed), six nights a week, with Wednesdays free. You own the whole bake, from bread to pastries and donuts. You can start straight away, with the standard 4 weeks of annual leave, and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate (if applicable).

- Free to work over Christmas
- Comfortable on permanent night shifts
