Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and tell them about the menu and what is on
- Take orders and bring food and drinks to the table
- Clear and reset tables, keep the room clean and put orders through the POS
- Take card and cash payments
- Apply New Zealand liquor laws with management, promote dishes and drinks and complete the in-house training modules
Requirements & Eligibility
- Six months or more in a similar job, or a Level 2 or 3 Diploma qualification (at least one)
- Good knowledge of New Zealand liquor laws
- Free for nights, weekends and the busy summer months
- Hard-working in a fast-paced job
- Keen to learn the menu and the restaurant's service standards
