When the room fills up at this Bathurst venue, service needs to stay friendly and quick, and that is the job for its new Bar and Front of House Team Members. You would greet guests, take orders, pour and serve drinks to venue procedures and answer menu questions, moving between the bar, dining room and function spaces.
Reliability, clear communication and real hospitality experience matter most, and evenings, weekends and peak periods are part of the roster. A current RSA is required. Eligible candidates may be considered for sponsorship. If you have pulled pints or run a busy floor in a UK pub or restaurant, you will settle in fast.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and give polished, attentive front-of-house service
- Take food and drink orders accurately and prepare and serve drinks to venue procedures
- Answer questions about the menu and service
- Keep service areas clean, tidy and presentable, and keep things moving efficiently in peak periods
- Work across the bar, dining and function areas, coordinating closely with the kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams
- Follow RSA, safety and responsible service procedures
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrable hospitality or front-of-house experience is preferred
- A current RSA certificate
- Proven customer service and communication skills and a confident, professional manner with guests
- Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced setting
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Available for evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
- Genuine hospitality skills and relevant experience you can show
