Key Responsibilities
- Run the bar each day, keeping drinks, presentation and service consistent
- Develop a non-alcoholic menu with pairing ideas that guests enjoy
- Use fruit, herbs and botanicals to create seasonal drinks, testing flavour and presentation until each one stands out
- Get to know the fresh produce and seasonal ingredients on the menu, and where they are grown, so you can share that with guests while giving every guest a high standard of service
- Contribute new ideas as the drinks offering grows
- Keep the bar and service areas clean, tidy and presentable, following workplace hygiene, safety and operating standards
- Work closely with the rest of the hospitality team
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year managing a bar or in a similar hospitality role
- A genuine employment record you can verify, with proof of history, skills and qualifications when asked
- Has created cocktails, mocktails or new beverage ideas, and brings creativity to drinks development
- Strong customer service and communication
- Well presented, with a positive outlook
- Willing to go through identity and employment checks
- Interested in fresh, seasonal hospitality built around produce, and able to work in New South Wales
