Coffee and the floor go together in this Barista job in Bunbury, Western Australia. A hospitality group is hiring at several levels, from Barista and Head Barista through to Supervisor and Front of House Manager, and will match the role to the experience you can prove.
Expect to run coffee and front-of-house service, train new staff, help with rosters and keep standards high when the queue is out the door, all while setting the example for the team. Candidates who meet the applicable requirements may be considered for sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Look after Front of House and coffee service every day, keeping customer service and drinks consistently high
- Guide team members through daily operations and lead by doing
- Train new and existing staff in service and operating procedures
- Organise service in busy periods, watch the customer experience and handle issues properly
- Keep presentation, cleanliness and workplace standards high
- Help with rosters and shift planning
- Support staff performance, push for continuous improvement, contribute to venue KPIs and keep the workplace energetic, professional and welcoming
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional hospitality experience, including work as a Barista, Head Barista, Supervisor or Front of House Manager
- Able to take responsibility for a team and service operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A confident, positive approach to customer-facing work
- At home in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Dependable, organised and good at managing time
- Able to train, support and motivate the team
- Strong focus on service quality and workplace presentation, staying calm and solution-focused in busy shifts
- Willing to provide supporting evidence of relevant employment experience
