Branch Manager

Automotive · Tauranga, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Some managers run a branch; the best ones build one. In Tauranga, a multi-disciplinary operation covering service, parts, sales and engineering wants a Branch Manager who enjoys developing people, winning and keeping customers, and getting several teams to pull together.
You would set the branch's direction and goals, lead managers, supervisors and operational staff, coach future leaders and make health, safety and wellbeing visible every day. The budget and commercial results sit with you, judged on safety, customer service, sales, profitability and operational targets, and you would help senior leadership with strategic planning. Sponsorship is available for suitably qualified overseas candidates.
On your CV, describe the branches or sites you have led, the size of the teams you built and the budgets you owned. Shape a Tauranga branch leadership CV with Build AI CV before you apply.
