Weekday brunch in a busy Brisbane café is the patch for this full-time Brunch Chef. The roster is Monday to Friday, daytime only, and the kitchen wants a chef who can run service confidently and keep every plate consistently right.
There is real responsibility here: managing prep and service, training newer cooks and working closely with the Head Chef/Owner to protect kitchen standards. Experience you can prove counts, and knowledge of Asian cuisine is an advantage. Sponsorship is available for an appropriately qualified and experienced candidate. Anyone who has run a busy UK brunch service will know the pace.
Your CV should mention the cafés and breakfast kitchens you have worked in, the brunch dishes you cook with confidence and your food hygiene training. Create a weekday brunch chef CV with Build AI CV before you apply.
