Cafe Duty Manager

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25 - $40/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

If you have run the floor of a busy UK coffee shop and like being the one holding the keys, this full-time Cafe Duty Manager post in Auckland could suit you. Each shift you would be in charge of how the cafe runs: the espresso machine, the food going out, the till, the stock and the people working alongside you.

Expect to open and close, keep displays filled and the place spotless, settle customer queries with a calm head and help newer staff learn the ropes, all while sticking to food safety and health and safety rules. Weekend availability matters here. Applicants who need an employer-supported visa may be considered for sponsorship.

Before applying, put your shift-leading record on your CV, along with the espresso drinks you can make and any till or stock duties you have handled. You can shape an Auckland cafe shift-lead CV with Build AI CV ahead of sending it.
