Café Manager
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Brisbane, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Great coffee and a well-run floor go together in this Café Manager role in Brisbane. You would lead the baristas and front-of-house team, step onto the machine yourself when it gets busy, plan rosters and keep a close eye on stock, costs and the customer experience.
There is scope to shape seasonal menus, specials and the drinks list, and to organise live entertainment, pop-ups and private events with suppliers and performers. The employer wants a credible management history backed by real barista skill, and weekend and evening work is part of the job. If you have managed a busy café or coffee shop in the UK, you will know the balancing act.
On your CV, cover both sides: the cafés you have managed, the rosters and stock you have looked after and your barista and food safety training. Brew up a Brisbane café management CV with Build AI CV and apply.
