In an open kitchen, guests see everything, so neat presentation matters as much as flavour. A medium-sized cafe in Adelaide's inner west, loved for tasty food and a fresh take on service, wants a passionate, experienced chef on a casual basis with full-time hours.
You would step up to lead the kitchen on the head chef's days off, keep stock and ordering under control and plate excellent food in full view of diners. Extensive experience in an established cafe or restaurant matters, as do strong communication and a love of good customer feedback. You must hold unrestricted Australian work rights. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate who shows leadership and great communication.
