Chef and Cook

Hospitality · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Breakfast, lunch and dinner all run through this Perth kitchen, and it wants a Chef or Cook who is at home with fusion-style food and can keep the standard up from the first order of the morning to the last plate at night.
Beyond cooking and plating, you would set up stations and prep ahead of service, adapt recipes where needed, brief front of house on specials, and plan the day's kitchen tasks while helping supervise and train staff. Watching stock, checking freshness, binning anything past its best and running commercial equipment safely are part of the routine too.
Put your fusion cooking, the grills, fryers and ovens you know and any baking or pastry skills on your CV. Write an all-day fusion kitchen CV with Build AI CV so the range of your cooking comes through.
