Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Bathurst, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

Japanese-inspired dishes feature on the menu of this growing hospitality business in Bathurst, New South Wales, and it is taking on a full-time Chef. Commercial kitchen experience, dependable habits and the skill to cook well under pressure are what it is after.

Each day you would prep, cook and plate to the house standard, pick the right technique for each dish and move between sections as service demands. Timing matters so food reaches tables quickly, and you would also put forward menu ideas, watch how ingredients are used and help with orders. Shifts rotate and can fall on evenings, weekends and public holidays. Visa sponsorship is available for an appropriately qualified and eligible candidate.
