A Brisbane restaurant team with a name for high standards is looking for a qualified Chef to join its premium dining kitchen. If you have cooked in a busy UK restaurant or hotel and want to keep developing, this is a full-time role where steady, careful cooking matters more than speed.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook and plate refined dishes with advanced technique, so every plate leaves the pass looking the same
- Pitch in across prep, service and the running of the kitchen, teaming up with fellow chefs and floor staff
- Handle and prepare food correctly and follow kitchen procedures
- Taste and check dishes from the first prep to the last cover
- Stay calm and organised when a full house brings several jobs at once, and help keep the brigade upbeat
- Stick to hygiene, health and safety rules
- Keep learning new skills and dishes
Requirements & Eligibility
- You are a Qualified Chef holding recognised culinary qualifications, with relevant time in the industry
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or similar professional kitchen
- You can prove real cooking ability on the pass
- You know how a kitchen runs, how food is prepared and what good service looks like
- You have worked somewhere with structured hospitality systems
- Your work history can be verified and you can give professional references
- You communicate well, work as part of a team and solve problems
- You care about food quality and the diner's experience
- You want to build a long-term career in Australia
