Roman classics and fresh pasta made by hand set the tone in this Brisbane restaurant kitchen, which is hiring a Qualified Chef to join an experienced brigade. Produce is chosen with care, recipes are followed closely and every lunch and dinner service runs to a clear standard.
You would prepare traditional Italian and Roman-style dishes, help make the pasta, finish mise en place before doors open and keep your station clean while the dockets mount. A background in a quality restaurant or hotel kitchen and a feel for classical technique are what the kitchen is after, along with an appetite to keep learning. If you have cooked in a serious Italian kitchen in the UK, you will feel at home.
On your CV, list the restaurants and hotels you have cooked in, the pasta and classical dishes you are confident with and your trade certificate. Prepare a fresh-pasta chef CV with Build AI CV for this Brisbane kitchen.
