Grill one night, wood-fired pizza the next and pub favourites in between. A busy hotel in Brisbane with a menu that also takes in fresh pasta, share plates and seafood is hiring chefs at every level, on casual, part-time or full-time terms.
The kitchen is fast, so it suits chefs who are organised, punctual and dependable, and who can work on their own initiative while taking guidance from the senior head chefs. You will pick up experience across a wide-ranging menu, and the team values clear communication, collaboration and safe working. Sponsorship is available for approved applicants.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience cooking Modern Australian and traditional pub fare
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic, plus a genuine passion for food and hospitality
- A team player who handles pressure and brings energy to every shift
- Proven high-volume kitchen experience
- Strong teamwork and enthusiasm for a multicultural workplace
- Focused and able to take direction
- Excited by a fast-paced environment
- A passion for learning
- Available and willing to work a rotating roster, weekends and public holidays included
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate
