Cooking over live fire with top-notch produce is the daily routine in this Sydney kitchen, and it is growing. The team is small, close and ambitious, and it is adding a Chef de Partie or a Sous Chef who comes alive when the pace picks up.
Both seasoned and junior CDPs and Sous Chefs are invited to apply. Beyond the restaurant, the crew cooks at one-off events in different locations, so you should be happy running small events and prep on your own and keeping food consistent for demanding clients. You will need the right to work in Australia.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven experience in professional kitchens, with a minimum 5 years' experience as a chef
- For the Sous Chef position, a minimum of 6 months already in that role
- Event catering or high-volume kitchen experience (highly regarded)
- Time in hatted or award-winning restaurants (highly regarded)
- A firm focus on consistency and detail, and pride in high-quality food that meets high client expectations
- Able to run small events and prep on your own
- A positive attitude, a solid work ethic and a team mindset
- Valid NSW driver's licence
- Strong problem-solving and the drive to take initiative
- Australian working rights required (visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates)
