Chef de Partie
Onshore applicants only

Hospitality · Broken Hill, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only
This Chef de Partie job in Broken Hill, New South Wales, covers two kinds of cooking. You would run a station on the gastro and pub-style menu, then switch to the pizza ovens, making dough and toppings to the venue's standard, while functions add extra variety to the week.
The venue checks what you have really cooked, so professional references are required. The job is open to applicants already in Australia, and sponsorship or nomination transfer is available for eligible candidates, subject to successful probationary performance and business approval.
List the stations you have run, your dough and pizza oven experience and the menus you cook best, then shape a Broken Hill pizza and pub kitchen CV with Build AI CV.
