More than 1,000 covers a week go out of this award-winning modern Asian restaurant in the Perth area, open for lunch and dinner every day. It needs an experienced Chef de Partie / Commis Chef to join a kitchen that is already doing well, with big, bold and balanced flavours.
The restaurant sits in a hospitality precinct where one shared kitchen feeds several venues, so the work is busy and varied. Senior chefs here like training the next generation of leaders. Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Turn out great, consistent food on every service
- Follow recipes and directions from senior chefs and managers
- Move between sections, including pans, wok, fryers, larder and grill, working on your own in a busy kitchen
- Help the shared kitchen supply the precinct's other venues
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 3 years cooking in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Asian cuisine experience preferred but not essential
- Experience that fits the position you apply for
- A commercial cookery certificate
- Free to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays
